Any Other Details - This is to inform you that I have purchased two flats in Bulland Elevates Plot no GH-03A, Sector 16C Greater noida (U.P) in Ground Floor Area 1630 sqr.ft of each Flat dated 18-10-2014. I have given full & final payment of both flats amounting 50 lac. At that time builder committed me to give possession with in one year which was 30-10-2015. but i visited the project and found that construction it not being carried. The possession is already delayed for about 2 years and it seems unlikely for coming years as well. I request you to kindly help me in getting the possession of my above said flats with compensation of 24% Interest per annum.
