RERA Sankalp E-Newsletter | All promoters are required to update the details of their Authorized Representatives for both administrative and legal purposes on the UP RERA portal through their login dashboard. The Authorized Representatives appointed by the promoter for administrative purposes will handle all correspondence with RERA regarding project matters, including registration, extensions, editing, QPR, late fees, and penalties. Similarly, the Representatives nominated for legal purposes will handle complaint-related matters, including signing documents such as replies to complaints filed before the honorable benches and signing settlement agreements with complainants on behalf of the company. Presently, only 250 promoters have provided information for their Legal Representatives. Therefore, Information received from rest of promoters regarding administrative side shall be used for complaint side also. Defaulters may face difficulties in correspondence with RERA.
